This is how we do it…

This isn’t self-help. It’s not theory. It’s a working system built for real life — one that helps men take control of their time, their money, their mindset, and their direction. We cover what you should’ve been taught growing up, but never were. The things that matter when life happens and you’re the one everyone’s counting on. The program is delivered in small groups with no more than ten men per session, so every guy has space to speak, grow, and be heard.

Each session runs about an hour and a half to two hours. Sometimes we meet in a classroom. Sometimes it’s over a drink at the bar. Other times, it’s around a firepit with a cup of coffee and good conversation. The setting changes — but the goal doesn’t. This is about low-pressure, real-life discussions that bring out the best in you without the performance or pretense.

You can take them individually for $30 per class or commit to the full 6-week experience for $150. When you purchase the full core, you also unlock access to discounted add-on workshops and walk away with a product pack filled with gear from Motor City Men’s Shoppe — because real growth happens inside and out.

The Foundation

Master Your Money

This class lays the foundation. You’ll learn how to build and manage a budget using the 50/30/20 method, but we don’t stop at theory. We get into balancing checkbooks, managing expenses, and setting up online banking tools that help you keep your money under control without getting overwhelmed. We also cover how to manage passwords, set up online accounts securely, and use apps to automate parts of your financial life. This is about getting out of survival mode and into financial control.

How to Handle Your Health

Finding a doctor shouldn’t be stressful — but for a lot of men, it is. In this session, we walk through how to choose a primary care provider, how to book an appointment, and what to say when you get there. We also dive into the basics of insurance — what it actually covers, what those terms mean, and how to make it work for you. We’ll cover telehealth, patient portals, and how to handle video appointments without feeling like you’re faking it. Because staying healthy shouldn’t be confusing.

Your 401k & Investing

Here’s where we pull back the curtain on retirement plans. You’ll learn how 401k plans work, how to read your options, and how to make smart choices with employer matches, contributions, and investment vehicles. We’ll talk through IRAs, stocks, mutual funds, compound interest, and how to build wealth slowly and smartly — no guessing, no gambling, just long-term strategy with real-world results.

Basic Nutrition for Men

This isn’t about fad diets. It’s about knowing how to shop, eat, and hydrate so your body can keep up with the life you’re trying to build. You’ll learn how to read labels, how to prep meals without spending hours in the kitchen, and how to spot the “good, better, best” options when you’re on the go. We tie it into your energy, your immunity, and the way you show up every day. Because a man can’t lead if he’s running on fumes.

Groom Like A Grown Man

You don’t need a shelf full of products — but you do need to know how to take care of yourself. This class covers beard and skincare routines, basic hygiene, and how to choose all-natural products that actually work for your body. We talk first impressions, confidence, and how grooming ties directly into how you carry yourself. You’ll also get a sample kit from the Motor City Men’s Shoppe, and we’ll show you how to build a routine that fits your life — not someone else’s idea of it.

Fix It Yourself

When something breaks, you shouldn’t have to panic. This hands-on class gives you a crash course in the everyday stuff you’ll run into as a homeowner or a car owner — patching holes in walls, unclogging drains, resetting breakers, checking fluids, jump-starting a battery, and changing a flat. We’ll talk tools, maintenance habits, and how to know when to fix it yourself and when to call someone in. If available, we may bring in a guest mechanic or handyman for real-time Q&A and demos.

The Tool Box – Optional Skill Workshops

Not every man needs the same tools — and that’s the whole point of the Toolbox. These are optional, focused sessions that cover the practical, everyday life skills most of us were never taught, but every man should have a handle on. No theory. No fluff. Just real-life know-how when you need it. If you’ve signed up for the full 6-week program, each Toolbox class is just $20. If you haven’t, they’re $30 each — still a solid deal for sharpening the areas that matter.

Boss Moves

Whether you’re re-entering the workforce or ready to step into something bigger, this session helps you show up like you’ve got a plan. We’ll build or refine your resume together, talk about how to show up, what to say, and what to avoid in an interview. You’ll walk out with a resume you’re proud of and the confidence to speak about your value without stumbling. We’ll also touch on business card basics, dressing for the job you want, and following up like a professional.

Man in the Mirror

This session is about the stuff that happens in your head — the doubt, the failure, the fear of not measuring up. We’ll work on simple mindset practices, daily mental routines, and how to reset when life knocks you on your ass. You’ll leave with tools to stay grounded, focused, and steady — even when everything around you isn’t.

Routine Reset

Discipline doesn’t have to be overwhelming. In this workshop, we build out your morning and evening routines using tools you already have. You’ll learn how to stack habits, use time blocks to stay focused, and create a structure that holds you up even on the days you don’t feel like showing up. You’ll also learn how to use simple wellness tools — like your grooming or nutrition routines — to anchor your day and stay consistent.

Ready to Get To Work?

This program isn’t for everyone — and that’s the point. It’s for men who are tired of drifting, done pretending, and ready to build something solid. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to show up and do the work.

If that’s you, the next step is simple. Book your intro call. We’ll talk about where you’re at, what you need, and whether this program is the right fit. No sales pitch. No pressure. Just a real conversation — man to man.
